About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS Required Must-Have: Every other weekend, Every other holiday Description: Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical/surgical and telemetry patients. Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status continuously. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient progress. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
