Case Manager Opportunity – Ridgeland, MS or Birmingham, AL Our client is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to support and lead their legal teams across pre‑litigation and litigation negotiation and settlement. This is a high‑impact management role ideal for someone with strong operational leadership experience in the legal or insurance industry. Title: Case Manager Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary (upward negotiability for exceptional experience or strong results) Locations: Ridgeland, MS or Birmingham, AL Focus: Pre‑litigation and litigation negotiation, settlement strategy, and team leadership Key Qualifications: Experience managing teams of paralegals and attorneys Background as a high‑level insurance adjuster , claims manager, or similar role strongly preferred Hands‑on experience with pre‑litigation and litigation negotiation and settlement Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to drive case progress, oversee workflows, and ensure high‑quality outcomes Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment If you or someone you know in the Birmingham or Jackson area fits this profile, our client would be happy to interview.
