What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN care during scheduled call shifts, including labor and delivery, ER, and inpatient consultations
• Supervise and support Family Medicine and CNM deliveries, including vaginal births and cesarean sections
• Respond to obstetric emergencies with expert care
• Collaborate with UCSF team for consults and emergency coverage
• Cover 364+ deliveries per year as part of the OB hospitalist program
• Maintain accurate documentation for each patient encounter
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• Active California medical license
• DEA certification
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in inpatient OB/GYN care

Preferred:

• Experience supervising CNMs and Family Medicine residents
• Strong emergency response skills
• Ability to work independently during long-call shifts
