• There are 3 Nocturnists on at night. One focuses on admissions but divides them up I think the average is 8-9 admissions, one carries the code pager. Closed ICU. They do receive patients from the ICU when they are sent back to the floor but they are signed over to Intensivists when they are in the ICU.
• No procedures.
• Rounding and cross coverage is shared among the three nocturnists.
