Join a physician-led primary care organization focused on outcomes, not volume, in a value-based Medicare Advantage model. This role offers manageable patient panels and strong care team support, allowing physicians to practice medicine with time, accountability, and purpose. The organization emphasizes quality, patient experience, and physician wellness.
