As a licensed Insurance Agent , where you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the right insurance solutions to protect their futures. This energetic position involves engaging with a diverse customer base, providing expert guidance on various insurance products, and building lasting relationships that foster trust and loyalty. As an Insurance Agent, you will utilize your sales expertise and communication skills to educate clients about their options while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Duties

• Actively engage in outside sales efforts to identify new clients and expand the customer base through prospecting, telemarketing, and community outreach.
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess insurance needs, including health, life, and supplemental insurance.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and local insurance laws to ensure compliance.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies, improve product offerings, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or related financial services.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to clearly explain complex insurance concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration tools for efficient workflow management.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market opportunities to develop strategic sales approaches.
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA compliance and benefits administration procedures.
• Customer service orientation with a talent for client communication and relationship building that fosters trust and loyalty.
