Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity at Riverside Village and Elkhart Meadows Full-time 30 hour split As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Requirements Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
