Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a weekend night position requiring ER, ICU, and OR experience with at least 2 years of overall experience.

Details

• Weekend night shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12-hour nights)
• Position is based in an acute care hospital setting
• Coverage in ER, ICU, and OR environments required
• 50% of holidays during the contract are required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• ARRT certification and BLS required
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience, with at least 1 year in X-Ray
• Experience in ER, ICU, and OR settings required
• Active MO or Compact license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Must be able to ambulate, reach, and lift/move objects weighing 20 lbs or more
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• First-time travelers with at least 1.5 years of experience are welcome to apply

Additional Information

• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible; candidates within 75 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
• Any requested time off must be disclosed upfront, as it cannot be approved after submission
• The facility operates 24/7/365; rotating shifts, holiday coverage, and work during inclement weather may be required
• This role involves routine contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses
