Chick-fil-A - 1100 Northside Drive Northwest - Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting guests at the restaurant; Maintaining clean, stocked, and welcoming customer service areas; Ensuring all team members are trained and maintaining service standards; Coach at least 3 emerging leaders daily, with scheduled 1:1s once per month; Monitor and manage 3rd party deliveries and customer feedback channels
