Facilities Engineer

Description Provides maintenance on all mechanical/electrical systems except equipment designated Bio‑Medical. Also operates and maintains one or more gas/oil‑fired high‑pressure boilers and associated auxiliary equipment. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Required Qualifications Education sufficient for license/registration National Boiler Operator Grade II License – State/County/City Trade License Authority within 3 years of hire (–OR–) National Boiler Operator Grade I License – State/County/City Trade License Authority within 3 years of hire Experience in boiler operation and maintenance and repair of mechanical systems Pay Range Base pay range: $28.21 – $43.80. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
