HIV Care Case Manager — Nursing-led Patient Advocate

The Health Care Case Manager at the François-Xavier Bagnoud Center (FXB Center) works within Rutgers School of Nursing to support the HIV Ambulatory Care Center, providing nursing case management services to patients and families.
