**** SEEKING SPANISH SPEAKING BEHAVIORAL TECH ***
Overview :We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in the Redwood City/ San Mateo region. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong skills in behavior management and medical documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising clinician
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Provide patient care under the guidance of the clinical team
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Utilize behavioral therapy strategies to support clients
Experience :
- Prior experience working with children
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with medical records and documentation
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to follow care plans effectively
- Experience in behavioral therapy is a plus
