Plant Custodian

Position Summary As the Plant Custodian, you will be responsible for the daily cleanliness of the facility, which includes the production and office areas. This is a Part‑Time, Non‑Benefits Eligible Position. Pay is $19.05 per hour, plus a 5% shift differential for second and third shift. Essential Job Functions Follow all defined/implied safety policies, procedures, & applicable Job Safety Analyses. Be an active participant in the Plant’s efforts to achieve and maintain zero injuries & near misses. Adhere to the established Good Manufacturing & sanitation principles. Abide by the plant’s work rules policies and procedures. Maintain a neat and orderly workstation. Participate in & support the Plant’s Continuous Improvement efforts. Perform all other custodial duties as assigned. Job Requirements Ability to effectively communicate in English and follow written instructions. Possess the skills to operate and proficiently use custodial tools. Ability to be Forklift Certified. Experience / Education High School Diploma or Equivalent. 3 years of custodial experience in a manufacturing environment.
