Client Service Associate page is loaded## Client Service Associateremote type: Hybridlocations: Albany Officetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 3 Days Agojob requisition id: R431**Key Responsibilities:****Client & Team Support*** Provide exceptional service and foster trusted client relationships, exceeding client expectations* Diligently track and organize client requests, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met**Communication & Coordination*** Serve as a primary point of contact for both external and internal team members at all levels**Project Management & Execution*** Frequent custodian interaction & paperwork processing. + Process account openings, funding, deposit electronic checks, money movements, and possibly trading and other tasks with Custodians.* Collaborate with internal team members on various tasks and long-term initiatives, from daily account management and financial statement/performance reporting to tax and planning projects* Assist in the preparation of client meeting materials and ensure follow-through on all action items* Coordinate with clients’ external advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to track and organize all pertinent documents and information**Process & Technology*** Manage and update the firm’s CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up on tasks* Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions**What We’re Looking For:*** Skills & Attributes:* Highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment* Dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identify needs and solutions* Strong team player, embodies a “We” mentality* Independently resourceful and inquisitive* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional context* Technical Proficiency:* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel experience a plus.* Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)* Easily picks up new technologies and systems.
