What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level IV NICU setting
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates with a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in neonatal care planning and family-centered initiatives
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Engage in educational activities, including resident rotations
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital standards
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and clinical excellence efforts

What You Need

• Active Georgia RN and APRN licenses
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
