Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for a variety of medical conditions including cardiac, respiratory, and neuro patients.
• Utilize Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model with comprehensive patient support and safety rounds.
• Administer advanced respiratory management including BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and support.
• Float within the scope to lower acuity units as needed.

Qualifications

• Active AK RN license required; must be in hand for Auto Offer.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficient in Epic charting system and telemetry monitoring.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and non-invasive airway management.
• Ability to work night shifts and fulfill weekend and holiday coverage as required.
