Overview Adjunct Faculty – Master’s in Hospitality Program - Fordham University We are seeking dynamic and experienced adjunct faculty members to join our newly launched Master’s in Hospitality program housed in the Real Estate Institute at Fordham PCS. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of hospitality education by teaching and mentoring graduate students who aspire to be leaders in the industry. Responsibilities Teach graduate-level courses in the following areas: hospitality finance, investment, accounting, operations, food and beverage, travel and tourism, luxury and business travel, revenue management, and event management. Develop and deliver engaging course content that combines academic theory with real-world industry applications. Provide timely feedback, academic advising, and mentorship to graduate students. Assess student learning through assignments, presentations, case studies, and projects. Collaborate with program leadership to ensure curriculum quality and relevance. Maintain current knowledge of trends, research, and best practices in the hospitality industry. Maintain a robust online teaching and learning environment using the Blackboard platform. Online, in-person, and hybrid course modalities available. Qualifications Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution required Significant professional experience in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry at a managerial or executive level. Prior teaching experience at the graduate or undergraduate level strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for student success. Ability to integrate technology and experiential learning techniques into the classroom. Part-time, adjunct faculty role.
