Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico required
• Valid educator certification
• Experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet a diverse caseload’s needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and deliver individualized therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program development as an OT specialist
• Foster a supportive, empowering environment for students of all ability levels
