Technical service engineer

Responsibilities Equipment Installation and Commissioning Provide on-site technical support according to the product manuals and customer needs, resolving any technical issues during installation and commissioning. Technical Support and Maintenance Provide technical guidance for routine maintenance and repair services for equipment to ensure stable operation and minimize customer downtime. Offer technical consulting to customers. Training and Documentation Management Conduct regular customer training on equipment operation and maintenance to enhance customers' ability to use and maintain the equipment. Product Presentation and Explanation. Prepare and organize maintenance records, service manuals, and other technical documentation to ensure compliance and traceability during service. Customer Relationship Management Maintain good communication and interaction with customers, respond to customer needs promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collect customer feedback, propose improvement suggestions, and collaborate with relevant departments to continuously improve product and service quality. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution Respond quickly to customer equipment failures, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions. Cooperate with the headquarters technical team to analyze and resolve product issues, ensuring continuous product quality and support improvement. Reporting and Data Analysis Regularly compile service reports, track equipment performance and customer feedback, and provide necessary data support. Analyze failure types, frequencies, and other data, offer preventive maintenance suggestions, and optimize equipment maintenance strategies. Qualifications and Requirements Credential Requirements : Relevant Educational Background A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Working experience : 2-4 years working experience about pre-sales/after-sales technical support in energy storage, inverters or other electrical product business. Language Skills : Proficiency in English, able to communicate fluently with headquarters and customers. Knowledge of the local language is an advantage if working in specific countries (e.g., German, French, etc.). Other Requirements : Driver's license: A valid international or European driver’s license (depending on country requirements). Ability to travel and flexibility in work schedule.
