CT Technologist

The CT Technologist is responsible for conducting computed tomography (CT) scans and ensuring the highest quality diagnostic images. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient patient care throughout the imaging process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment, adhering to procedural protocols.
• Review and assess images for quality and accuracy, ensuring diagnostic effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to interpret scan results and provide necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient care, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on imaging technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Proven experience as a CT Technologist or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This position requires a commitment to a 36-hour workweek, with shifts scheduled for Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 7 PM to 7 AM.
