The role requires operating production printers and finishing equipment, reading work orders, maintaining production records, and ensuring quality control procedures are followed. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with print and finishing equipment, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, effective communication skills, the ability to multitask, work independently, and lift up to 50 lbs safely. Responsibilities Operate digital printing presses and complementary bindery equipment. Read and follow work orders and production processes. Maintain accurate production records. Perform quality control checks to meet client specifications. Keep the production facility organized and clean. Collaborate with team members to meet client deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience operating print and finishing equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
