Location: Warren, RI | Type: Full & Part Time | Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (Awake overnight) Starting Pay: $21.00/hour (with room to grow!)

The Role: Impactful & Dynamic

Our DSP’s are the backbone of our 24-hour residential community. We offer both part-time and full-time options to help our members with their daily tasks and provide opportunities to participate in all aspects of community life.

Important Shift Note:

Please note that the third (3rd) shift is an "awake" shift ; staff must remain awake, alert, and active throughout the overnight hours to complete necessary tasks that will ensure the safety and well-being of our members.

What you’ll do:

• Support, teach, and empower members in their daily lives.
• Assist with program implementation and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) skills.
• Manage light meal preparation and ensure a comfortable environment.
• Provide transportation for members using agency vehicles during outings.

What We’re Looking For

You don't need to be an expert on day one—we’ll help you get there. We are looking for candidates who are:

• Willing to Learn: No ASL experience? No problem. We’ll teach you! (Already know ASL? That’s a huge plus).
• Reliable: Because of our mission for caring for others, you must be dependable.
• Qualified: You must have a clean driving record and the ability to read/write in English.
• Ready to Certify: We will help you obtain your Medication Administration, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Safety Conscious: Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check (BCI) .
