If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for helping the IMS marketing team deliver on their initiatives across various channels, to engage with customers and partners, and measure results to inform future initiatives.Key responsibilities of the role include:Own the IMS portion of our Marketing Automation Platforms and any integrations with other parts of the tech stackProduce campaign elements and manage external communications including:Event registration pages, invites, reminders and thank you emailsWebinar invites, reminders and thank you emailsGated contentCustomer newslettersInternal communications (sales newsletters, win wires, product updates)QA all campaign elements, peer review, get stakeholder approval and publish/deploy finalized campaign elementsManage agency relationships with marketing platform vendors and project manage any work handed off to agency partnersScrub and import contact lists from external sources such as content syndication and eventsPresent monthly reports including webinar results, email metrics, asset views/downloadsManage lead routingRequirements:Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experienceCompensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 104,100.00 To USD 166,500.00As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
