If interested in this Production Operator - Packaging position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | View email address on click.appcast.io | text View phone number on click.appcast.io PRODUCTION OPERATOR - PACKAGING | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Sumter SC 29153 – 100% on-site Payrate: $15.90/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) E Shift | 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule PRODUCTION OPERATOR - PACKAGING | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Production Operator will operate production and packaging equipment, support daily manufacturing operations, perform quality checks, and help maintain safety and production standards throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or machine operation experience who are looking for stable hours and long-term potential. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PRODUCTION OPERATOR - PACKAGING | RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Perform equipment changeovers and basic operational adjustments Ensure products are packaged and labeled according to specifications Conduct routine quality inspections and document results accurately Monitor production output and report equipment issues to technical staff Maintain accurate production and downtime records Stamp and verify batch information on product packaging Follow all safety, environmental, and quality system procedures Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks throughout the shift Support team operations and additional duties as assigned PRODUCTION OPERATOR - PACKAGING | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or packaging experience Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills Experience working in production environments is a plus Take the Next Step!
