Professional development through Clinicians in Action. Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist. Location/work environment: In facility. Reporting structure: Reports to Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy and train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence. Collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed to ensure optimal care. Adapt to patient needs and maintain enthusiasm across varied settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent. Salary USD $40.00 – $43.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC
