ABOUT THE JOB

The Regional Sales Manager supports and executes the regional sales strategy for a specific geographic area. Responsible for supporting the development of the regional plan and driving strategic growth activities while coordinating with the business unit, customer service, and manufacturer sales representative firms in the assigned region, including oversight, performance management, and alignment of rep firms to regional sales objectives.

The Regional Sales Manager provides regional sales leadership for managing key Tech-Etch geographic areas, including management of customers, internal resources, and manufacturer's reps. The Regional Sales Manager will also play a key role in the development and expansion of profitable sales for the organization.


SHIFT : Monday-Friday 8-5pm.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute long-term sales strategy for specific customers in alignment with our vision, mission, and values
• Clearly communicate our competitive advantage and value proposition for regional customers
• Establish and strengthen customer relationships, including the identification of focus products and accounts as well as customer rationalization
• Identify product line opportunities and work with engineering and manufacturing to integrate with our technology roadmap
• Manage manufacturer representative firms within the assigned region, including performance expectations, territory alignment, opportunity development, and accountability to regional sales goals
• Evaluate, develop, and optimize the manufacturer representative network to ensure coverage, capability, and alignment with Tech Etch growth strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of operations including manufacturing, materials management, and quality & regulatory
• Experience and knowledge of the medical device, medical equipment, military/aerospace industries and regional customers
• Demonstrated ability to support high performance sales initiatives and long-term growth
• Experience in increasing profitable sales revenue within a defined customer base or region
• Working understanding of profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Ability to coordinate both internal and external sales resources to build a cohesive sales plan within a geographic region
• Strong written (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and oral communication skills

ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

• The Regional Sales Manager position provides sales responsibility for managing key Tech-Etch regional customers, including ownership of customer relationships, internal resource coordination, and direct oversight of manufacturer representative firms within the region.

TRAVEL

• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time .

Salary: $90,000-$140,000 base salary.
