Responsibilities Run daily terminal operations for a regional intermodal location Plan dispatch boards to maximize driver hours and equipment use Track loads, update TMS, and communicate changes before issues arise Reduce storage, demurrage, per diem, and other avoidable costs Support driver retention through clear dispatch and problem solving Vet owner‑operators, support onboarding, and ask drivers for referrals Spot freight opportunities and share leads with the sales team Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance, logs, inspections, and safety standards Lead local team with urgency, structure, and steady communication Terminal Manager (3+ yrs intermodal dispatching exp. req.)
