Founding Design Engineer: AI-Driven FinTech UI

Hanover Park is hiring a Founding Design Engineer to own the craft of the product experience for back-office workflows in private markets. You'll ship production UI and prototype in code, balancing dense financial tasks with AI-assisted interactions. You will own the design system, set standards for engineers, and collaborate directly with the founder team and product/ops.
