Summary / Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer/Videographer with an exceptional eye for lighting, composition, movement, and visual storytelling. This individual will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content that reflects the technical, premium, and dynamic aesthetic of our brands.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera and working in post-production, with the ability to confidently capture product, athlete, lifestyle, studio, and action-oriented content. This role will support a wide range of creative needs across product launches, campaigns, eCommerce, social media, digital advertising, email, events, and brand storytelling.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, in-house environment and is passionate about producing visually compelling content from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality photography and video content for product launches, campaigns, athlete features, events, and ongoing brand initiatives.
• Capture product, lifestyle, studio, eCommerce, action, and behind-the-scenes content across a variety of environments.
• Photograph and film apparel, accessories, equipment, athletes, and lifestyle subjects with a strong understanding of product positioning and brand aesthetic.
• Build and execute effective lighting setups for studio, product, tabletop, lifestyle, and on-location shoots.
• Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, audio, and stabilization systems.
• Direct and pose talent, athletes, and models when needed to achieve the desired composition and performance.
• Manage shoots from pre-production through final delivery, including planning, equipment preparation, shot lists, and file organization.
• Travel domestically and internationally for photoshoots, events, campaigns, and other brand initiatives as needed.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit and retouch photography using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or similar professional tools.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Perform color correction, color grading, image retouching, sound editing, and other post-production work as needed.
• Create multiple photo and video variations optimized for different channels and placements.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve workflow, create variations, and streamline repetitive production tasks.
• Organize and maintain photo and video assets to ensure files are easily accessible and properly archived.
• Deliver assets optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Paid Social, Email, Web, E-commerce, and digital advertising.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Creative Manager and internal teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Translate creative direction into compelling photo and video content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, E-commerce, and other internal teams to understand content needs and priorities.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and execute revisions within established timelines.
• Manage a daily and weekly queue of photography and video requests while balancing planned shoots with last-minute priorities.
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations for improving the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

Qualifications & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of professional photography and video equipment, including Sony or Canon camera systems.
• Experience with GoPro, DJI/Ronin gimbals, drones, and other specialty equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of lighting, lenses, exposure, camera settings, color profiles, composition, and sound.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Experience with studio lighting, off-camera flash, continuous lighting, and on-location lighting setups.
• Drone Pilot certification is a plus.

Creative Skills

• Exceptional eye for composition, lighting, framing, color, movement, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create polished, premium imagery and video that aligns with a high-performance brand aesthetic.
• Strong understanding of photography and video for digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, and paid advertising.
• Ability to adapt visual style across product, lifestyle, athlete, editorial, and commercial content.
• Strong understanding of current social media and digital content trends.

Experience & Requirements

• 5+ years of professional photography and videography experience , preferably within a brand, agency, studio, or commercial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Video Production, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Experience shooting technical products, performance apparel, sports, fitness, lifestyle, or streetwear is strongly preferred.
• Experience photographing and filming athletes or active subjects is a plus.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be available to work full-time in a fast-paced, in-house creative environment.
• Must be comfortable working both in a studio and on location.

Additional Expectations

• Ability to produce both photography and video assets from a single shoot, maximizing the value of each production.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment and deliver multiple assets on a regular basis.
• Comfortable handling all aspects of a shoot, from equipment preparation and lighting to capture, editing, retouching, and final delivery.
• Ability to maintain consistent visual standards across all photography and video content.
• Stay current on emerging photography, video, editing, and AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows.
