The Opportunity

As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Intern, you will engage in projects that focus on post-merger integration and value realization, helping businesses capture synergies, optimize operations, and drive successful integration outcomes. As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing to the team's success.

In this role within our Advisory practice, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. This opportunity allows you to start establishing your personal brand, paving the way to more opportunities. You will gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation, all while developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal value services, focusing on post-merger integration and value realization
- Participating in projects that involve strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Observing and learning from professionals in the field to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
- Conducting basic tasks and research related to business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Assisting in the optimization of operations and driving successful integration outcomes for clients
- Engaging in carve-out planning and operational separation activities to support client transitions
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and contribute to team success
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in business processes
- Collaborating with team members to enhance client management and operational advice strategies

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00.
