Diamond Tool Store is a leading, family-owned business serving the construction and retail industries for over 30 years. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare daily online and in-store orders
• Properly wrap, box, label, and prepare packages for shipment
• Generate shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, and USPS
• Receive, count, inspect, and record incoming shipments in our POS system
• Document products shipped and received accurately
• Handle and coordinate LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight shipments
• Organize incoming deliveries and ensure adequate warehouse space is available
• Maintain an organized and accurate stockroom and warehouse
• Restock merchandise and distribute incoming products as needed
• Identify and help resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and incorrect orders
• Assist walk-in customers and provide professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and showroom, including waste disposal
• Follow all company safety procedures and shipping requirements
• Prioritize and manage multiple daily tasks efficiently
• Perform additional warehouse, shipping, receiving, or store-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer and math skills
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and/or USPS shipping systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical warehouse duties
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Hazmat shipping knowledge or experience is a plus
• LTL freight experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: Starting at $16+ per hour, based on experience
Work Location: In person – West Palm Beach, FL
