Responsibilities include : Assisting the Property Manager in the oversite the overall financial and operational performance of the property Assisting the Property Manager in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances. Assisting the Property Manager in achieving business goals and revenue targets. Assisting in the overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team Working with the Property Manager in the recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals. Assisting in the developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. Assisting in planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective. Partnering with the Property Manager in ensuring make-ready turns to meet Navarino quality standards. Ensuring company standards, procedures, and policies are followed. Partner with Property Manager in dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Rent Manager software experience is a plus. Good interpersonal and analytical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
