Hungry Growth Hunter - Plastics for Auto & Tech

Hunt for and develop new customers, applications, and programs. Prospect through cold calling, customer visits, networking, referrals, trade shows, and market research. Build relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, molders, contract manufacturers, processors, and other strategic customers. Identify customer challenges and connect them with solutions across Kingfa's thermoplastic resin and compounding portfolio. Develop opportunities across automotive, energy, technology/electronics, appliances, consumer goods, and industrial markets. Manage opportunities from initial contact through sampling, qualification, negotiation, approval, and commercialization. Work closely with Kingfa's Sales, Technical, R&D, Operations, and global teams to support customer programs. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently drive them toward commercial business. Identify emerging customers, applications, markets, and technologies where Kingfa can grow. Deliver measurable growth through new customers, programs, applications, and revenue. Above all, we want someone who enjoys hunting for new business. Hungry, persistent, self-motivated, and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch. Willing to pick up the phone, approach new customers, and ask for the meeting. Enjoys being in the field and building relationships face-to-face. Strong commercial and relationship-building instincts. Curious and capable of learning technical products and applications. Able to independently develop and manage a territory.
