Responsible for delivery of 1:1 interventions with individuals on the autism spectrum, collecting data, keeping materials organized, reading programs and implementing them as written under the supervision of the Supervisor and/or Behavior Specialist; based on the methodologies of applied behavior analysis.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform 1:1 behavioral therapy by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis
Maintain data towards meeting individual goals
Provide information to Supervisors regarding progress
Receive and Implement Feedback from Supervisor
Use sound judgment throughout sessions to ensure adequate therapy time is provided toward Individual Goals/Targets
