Assistant Fitness Manager

Join EōS Fitness as an Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales). In this role you will lead personal training sales initiatives, conduct welcome workouts for new members, and support the overall fitness experience. Promote personal training packages and build strong rapport with members. Achieve personal training and small‑group training sales targets. Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new‑member onboarding and transition. Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members to assess needs and goals. Guide members through their initial club experience, fostering a supportive environment that drives sales, retention, and engagement. Facilitate trainer development through coaching sessions and continuous support. Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff. Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, locker rooms, and common areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain certifications, and implement safety protocols. Qualifications 2‑3 years of customer service experience. 1 year of sales experience. 1 year of supervisory experience. Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills at all levels. Strong attention to detail and systematic problem‑solving skills. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Ability to work in a gym setting and lift over 40 lbs. Ability to access and operate the company computer system.
