Job Title Full-Time Service Advisor Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Service Advisor to join our team at a heavy-duty truck dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CDK and Cummins knowledge, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Review and process job service repair orders Ensure accuracy of time and job stories Order parts for jobs as needed Provide excellent customer service to clients Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely completion of jobs Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service advisor role Strong knowledge of CDK and Cummins Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work Monday-Friday, with some weekends as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
