• 24hr call shifts -- beeper call, respond within 20 minutes
• Average 1 - 2 patients seen per call shift
• Emergency department orthopaedic surgery call coverage
• Fractures, sports injuries, and general orthopaedic cases
• No spine cases
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement skills required
• Joint revision or repair -- shoulder, hip, and knee required
• Vacation coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
