We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our preschool ABA team. The RBT will work directly with children ages 2–6, providing one-on-one and small-group support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about early intervention and making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Support children in daily routines such as play, circle time, snack, and transitions
• Collect accurate data on behavior and skill progress
• Use ABA strategies (reinforcement, prompting, and proactive behavior supports) in a preschool classroom setting
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote a positive and supportive environment
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire)
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early/Education or Psychology, or related field preferred
• Experience working with preschool-aged children strongly preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency
• Energetic, patient, and compassionate approach to working with children
• Willingness to take feedback and implement into treatment sessions
