Preop Pacu RnUSPI Memorial Hermann Endoscopy Center North Freeway is seeking a motivated Preop Pacu Rn to join our team. North Freeway Endo is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required.Job Summary: The RN provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.Qualifications:Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the stateMust be a graduate of an accredited school of nursingMust have at least 1-3 years' previous experiencePrevious experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferredMust have current BLS, ALS and PALSMust possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patientUnderstanding of aseptic techniques and their implementationAbility to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
