Senior Creative Strategist

To lead the development of insight-driven direct mail marketing programs, the remote Senior Creative Strategist will manage cross-functional collaboration between Analytics, Creative, Production, and Account Management teams while serving as a trusted advisor to clients in the financial services sector. Key responsibilities Develop comprehensive direct mail strategies that align client business goals with audience insights and performance objectives Act as the primary strategic contact for client engagements, leading discovery sessions and presenting campaign performance insights to senior stakeholders Analyze campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement in response rates, conversion, and customer acquisition Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field 8+ years of experience in direct marketing, CRM marketing, or creative strategy within regulated industries Proven experience developing direct mail strategies for financial services or fintech Strong understanding of audience segmentation, testing methodologies, and performance measurement Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills
