Records Management SpecialistAgile Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Records Management Specialist to support our nationwide contract to provide the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with library and records management services.Work Location: Helena, MTRequirements:Associates degree or a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience with records or documentation.Any experience with scanning is a plus.Proficiency with MS Office SuiteExperience with records management systems or repositories such as SharePoint strongly desired.The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented.Responsibilities:Duties include records imaging, the use of a records management system (database) for search, retrieval, and data entry, applying records retention schedules to files for the purposes of retention, archiving and disposition.Responding to customer inquiries and participate in records organization projects.Assisting colleagues with preparing and shipping records, maintains daily activity statistics, and produce monthly activity reports.We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
