Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Float Pool Location Bolivar, MO Facility CMH Department Hospital Nursing Support Schedule - Shift - Hours Part Time - Nights - 1845-0700 Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool staff tocare for patients in the hospital!CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Only an hour away is Branson that includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping! About the department: Ourfloat pool supplements staffing throughout the hospital based on need. Nurses who work in the Citizens Memorial Float Pool will be trained to float and support in a variety of areas including: Medical Surgical, Intensive Care, Telemetry, Geriatric Psych, The Birth Place, Emergency Department, and ASC- pre/post op recovery. A typical dayincludes : receiving your shift assignment each day, bedside shift report, initial assessments, BMV scanning and med pass, coordinating and providing care utilizing critical thinking framework. Assisting with meals and daily hygiene, Educating patient/family from admission to discharge Maintaining patient/family confidentiality and privacy.
