Program Assistant IThe University of South Dakota Business Office is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the University's financial operations by performing a variety of accounting and transactional duties while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of financial information. In this role, you will primarily support accounts receivable, student accounts, and front-line customer service functions, serving as an important resource for students, faculty, staff, and external customers.Key Responsibilities:Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions with a high level of accuracy.Assist with student account inquiries and related financial processes.Provide professional, responsive customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial transaction processing.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.Experience working with Banner or similar enterprise financial systems preferred.Work Authorization: Employee must be authorized to work in the United States.
