Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is representing a premier South Florida maritime defense law firm seeking an experienced  Maritime / Insurance Defense Attorney to join its highly respected practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a civil litigation associate looking to grow in a  collaborative, high-caliber environment while working alongside leading practitioners in admiralty and maritime law.

Practice Overview

The firm’s practice includes comprehensive representation in admiralty and maritime matters, including:

• Civil trial practice
• Arbitration
• Appeals in state and federal courts

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense experience  preferred
• Maritime law experience is  highly desired
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
• Client-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
• Ambitious, motivated, and interested in long-term career growth
