The Role

Lead visual strategy and end-to-end execution for high-stakes healthcare communications. Acting as both strategist and designer, you will distill complex medical content into sharp, structured design systems and own projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive conceptualization and hands-on design across detail aids, long-form collateral, interactive eLearning modules, and sales training materials

• Enforce and elevate existing brand frameworks with pristine typography, visual hierarchy, and precise layout systems

• Provide strategic design recommendations, own projects end-to-end, and deliver precise, high-stakes work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of agency experience required

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication, precise typographic hierarchy, and structured layout systems

• Pharma or healthcare experience preferred, with a proven ability to distill complex science into clear visual systems

• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Expert layout skills, with a strong willingness and enthusiasm to master PowerPoint as a high-end design tool

• Strong client-facing communication, strategic problem-solving, and complete project ownership

Salary Range: $75K - $100K per year.
