Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager of Assessment Services supports the Department Manager in the daily clinical and operational oversight of Assessment Services, including the Walk-In Mental Health Urgent Care and behavioral health assessment services provided to seven Emergency Departments.This position provides clinical leadership, staff support, workflow oversight, and operational coordination to promote safe, timely, consistent, and patient-centered assessment and disposition services. The Assistant Manager serves as a primary resource for staff, providing clinical guidance, troubleshooting complex situations, supporting disposition decisions, and ensuring departmental standards and workflows are followed.The Assistant Manager partners with the Department Manager, Assessment Services staff, Emergency Department teams, providers, and other organizational partners to support patient flow, quality care, staff development, and departmental efficiencyQUALIFICATIONSEducationEducation LevelEducation DetailsRequired/PreferredAnd/OrMaster's DegreeRequiredExperienceExperienceExperience DetailsTwo years of related experience.
