Quality Lab Supervisor

Baxter seeks a Quality Lab Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliant testing of pharmaceutical materials and products. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence in a penicillin manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily laboratory operations and workflow management
Supervise laboratory personnel development and ensure proper training
Ensure timely and accurate testing of raw materials, samples, and finished products
Maintain compliance with FDA, cGMP, GLP, USP, and other regulatory standards
Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and conduct internal audits

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science with Chemistry coursework
4-6 years healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of lab equipment operation, troubleshooting, and regulatory requirements
Strong supervisory and interpersonal communication skills
No allergy to Penicillin, Cephalosporin, or related products

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 base annually
