Located in Mount Vernon, our community offers top-notch Memory Care to our seniors, specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's. We are actively creating a culture of wellness and purposeful living for both residents and employees.

Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon (memory care) provides care for residents and their families from all over the region. We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team.

Simply put, as a HCA/CNA/Caregiver, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
• Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

• CNA or HCA License Required
• Mental Health and Dementia Training
• HIV and Aids Training
• CPR/First Aid

$20.00 - $22.00/hour Depending on Experience
