On-Site Maintenance Supervisor — Affordable Housing

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across its communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety standards, and vendor coordination to keep properties in top condition. The role requires strong leadership, prior maintenance management experience, and knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations.
