Forklift Operator (1st & 2nd Shift) – Fond du Lac, WI
Pay: $20.50 – $21.50 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
1st- 6a-2p 2nd-2p-10p
Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Fond du Lac. In this role, you will operate material handling equipment in a cooler/refrigerated environment , ensuring safe and efficient movement of products throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Safely transport finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse or production area
- Work in a cooler setting (temperature-controlled environment)
- Maintain accurate inventory and complete required documentation
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Ability to work in a cooler/refrigerated environment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
